Nat Hab's Aurora Cabin
We reach our private Aurora Cabin via snowcoach, traveling over a frozen creek deep into the boreal forest. Tucked among the spruce trees, the wooden cabin is heated by a wood stove, creating a warm and welcoming space to step in from the cold as we wait for the northern lights to appear. The cozy interior is furnished with chairs, warm blankets, and side tables for snacks and hot and cold beverages. A bathroom is provided inside the cabin. Outside, there is a fire pit for roasting marshmallows for s'mores, a small curling rink and hockey net, plus a forest walking path where we may see winter wildlife.
